Under the Civil trial , the case are divided into 3 categories

The Special Cases are the following:

     •  If the Court is of opinion that the case appears prima facie to be a simple one and can be proceeded summarily for example: the case where the defendant is in default of answer or appearance, or the case when the defendant denies the case in which the plaintiff claims only the payment of a determinate sum of money, or under a written contract which appears prime facie to be genuine and to be a simple one such as procure a loan, surety ship, mortgage, hire-purchase, motion for an order allowing him to participate in the property or in the proceeds of the sale. All of the cases the Court shall, as far as possible, proceed with the hearing of the case in order to be finished in the day of taking evidence. The parties must prepare all evidences to be produced in that day.

     •  If the case where the parties intend to come to an agreement, the Court shall allow the parties to meet the compromiser.

All of these cases, the trial can be decided in a short period but not more than 6 months after the case submitted.

The ordinary case , except the petty case, is the case where the defendant denies and not to be a simple one, the court shall take evidence both parties for consideration before judgment has been given. The Court shall appoint all parties to settle of issue and the parties shall file with the Court a list showing the documents or the nature of the document to be adduced not less than the appointed day. In the ordinary case the Court shall proceed with the hearing of the case from 9.00 a.m. till 4.30 p.m. without adjournment.

The special ordinary case is the ordinary case which has so many evidences that the Court could not take evidence speedy as usual. The Court shall fix the date for a hearing in a fixing day until finish.

Lawyer

The lawyer may appoint any person to represent him by filing a proxy with the Court on each occasion for any purposes and the lawyer shall comply with the judicial order in preparing the case

* (In no case shall the Court , at any stage of the trial ,have power to reconcile the parties to bring about an agreement or a compromise as to the matters in dispute. )
