Types of Cases under the Jurisdiction of the Civil Court

Cases under the jurisdiction of the Civil Court are civil and commercial matters with the amount of claims exceeding Baht 300,000. Civil and commercial cases filed are such as breach of contracts, construction and land disputes, tort claims, insurance claims, succession and its administration, cases on financial institutions, enforcement of arbitral awards in regular civil and commercial matters, and case filed under the Anti – Money Laundering Act, B.E. 2542 (1999).
